Convi checks the training, clearances and practical skills needed for the work. A qualification is only one part of readiness; the worker also needs to understand the participant and their plan.

My wider experience does not mean every skill is offered through Convi. We agree the service and provide it within the business’s scope and the worker’s competence.
Future workers
Any future worker must complete screening, induction and relevant participant-specific preparation before working independently. You can ask who will provide your support and raise a concern about suitability.
Learning and accountability
Feedback, supervision and incident reviews help improve practice. Convi is currently an unregistered provider and does not claim registration or audit certification.
