Support can include cleaning, decluttering, home organisation and household routines. We agree the tasks, your preferences, the time and costs before starting.
Your home and belongings
I respect your privacy and ask before moving or disposing of belongings. The aim is a home arrangement that works for you, with your involvement at the level you choose.
Safe limits
Ordinary household support does not include specialist hazardous cleaning, structural repairs or unsafe lifting. If a task needs specialist help, I explain the concern and discuss the next step.
Review the result
We check what was completed, what remains and whether the support is useful. Meals and shopping can be planned alongside household assistance where agreed.
